Established in 2004 as the Baltimore Regional Chapter, the U.S. Green Building Council Maryland Chapter (USGBC MD) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable organization, committed to a prosperous and sustainable future for the State of Maryland through cost efficient and energy saving green buildings. USGBC MD is the premier forum and network for a diverse constituency of builders and environmentalists, corporations, nonprofit organizations, elected officials, concerned citizens, teachers, students and more. The chapter membership of 450 individuals continues to grow, broadening our reach throughout the state.
